Use partner stretching before training and games to increase the length of the muscles and improve recovery. This routine has been performed for approximately 12 years and covers the primary stretches you would use in a fitness program.
This is an online, 2 Day training program which includes 5 partner stretching exercises per day. The exercises include sets, reps and are set in a progressive sequence.
Each stretch has a video, text and photo to make sure the stretches are done properly.
Upon purchase, you will recieve a username and password that will give you access to this program for 4 weeks.
